The Divine Collective: The Practice of Diving Daily into Your Stillness

The Divine Collective: Throughout your journey, you will find the times of turbulence and you will find the times of solace. You will find the calms amidst the storms, and you will find the peaks and the valleys. You will find the hushed whispers of your soul calling to you to invite you to continue to yearn for more.

And in those times, especially at those times, dear ones, is when you will find that your stillness works best for you. You will find the ample silence to be the time when the most rich answers come to you about what it is you are becoming and doing.

And this is not to say that action is not needed. For of course it is what thrusts you forward. The momentum that drives you onward. But it is the nearness of silence that brings you into yourself. That brings you closer to your own God given oneness with wonder.

And so we invite you to remember wisely how it is that you find stillness in your days. For we are not suggesting, by any means, that you dive deeply into solidified stillness for hours upon hours.  We are not suggesting that a placid day after day is what is needed for you to find your utmost level of thrive.

But we are suggesting, and intending, for you to remember through our gentle coaxing, that each of you craves stillness, though you may not realize that you do.  You have been sheltered into a way of living, most of you, that keeps you from your own inner stillness.  And we say it is time beyond reason that you find your moments, these pivotal moments, of stillness each and every day.

It matters not when or where or how you come into this quiet repose. But it is important and relevant that you do so. For just as the physical body needs its rest so that it can rebuild its currency, you also – your mind and the thinking and doing – needs its stillness.  And not merely during your sleep. For your sleeptime is not nearly as restful as you imagine it to be for your mental avenues.  It is quite active during those times.  Your physical body is at repose, but your mind and your spiritual nature are actively at play.

But it is during your day and waking hours that you ought to find your stillness.  And activate your self into those moments with ripe attention, feeling the nurturing that they bring to you as you clear your mind, as you wipe aways its seduction for activity.  Be in the bliss of the calm quiet and set yourself with the intention of drawing blankness near to you.

Feel the energy of your pulsing heart. Allow the blood to flow with ease.  Gravitate your thoughts to the subtle blurriness, the fuzziness, if you will, so that nothing feels sharp and pointed anymore. But that everything feels more dulled.  More less defined.  And in this way, you are blending into yourself. You are bringing yourself back into your own essence and out of the wayward action of this world you have created for yourself.

And simply breathe in the good measure of your beingness. Drink from your own trough of goodness.

And in those few moments, call upon the essence of Spirit and allow us to harness our connection to you more solidly.  For when you allow us to commune with you in those moments of your quiet contemplation, we gain greater fervor of connection with you.  And then we are apt to bring you more imaginative beauty. We are more apt to fill you with creative thoughts and with inspiration. It may not come at that moment but be assured that we are planting seeds within the soil of your heart. We are bringing the essence of your spirit nature into more fertile ground.

And so this practice of your daily walk into the solitude is one that is most vital to your overall wellbeing.  Be the gardener who tends to her soul by connecting with it through the moments of stillness.  Allow the connection to be with you for moments until you feel full enough to return to your active life.  It need be just minutes, but what strength you gain through this endeavor!

You will find that your interpretation of your life and your soul connection becomes more agile and expansive. You will find your calmness reaches out to not only yourself but to others. And you will reclaim more of your bodily health and your emotional health.

This is our wisdom for you today. We love you beyond measure and encourage you to dive into yourself, sweet ones.  Be in the quiet solemnity of yourself. And find your treasures there.

We are the Divine Collective, and we will speak again.
